For those of you have been around long enough to remember, Mark Feltch was a lacrosse player in Houston in 80's &90's and helped high school lacrosse in Houston in its early days. In the mid nineties, Mark moved to Newtown Connecticut. In the poignant article below by Doug Sarant, another long time fixture in the Houston lacrosse community, Mark reflected on how the community in Newtown is coping with the tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary, including support from the lacrosse community at large. Also below is a link to a stirring video tribute to Newtown with contributions by Mark’s daughter Libby and son Charlie.
