St. Michaels Welcomes New Head Coach Rudy Perales

The St. Michaels Lacrosse team would like to announce the hiring of Rudy Perales as their Head Coach for the upcoming season.

Coach Perales has been involved with Lacrosse in Central Texas as both a player and a Coach.  Rudy Perales started his Lacrosse career as a Mid-fielder for Bowie HS.  After HS he was a three year starter for the University of Texas Austin. 

Coach Perales used his last remaining year of eligibility to play for Texas State while pursuing his Graduate Degree.  He finished his college Lacrosse career by being named All Conference and Academic All American.   Staying involved, he currently plays with the Austin Lacrosse Club.
 
Rudy Perales has coached teams from 3rd graders through high school, with one year as an Assistant Coach for the University of Texas. 

We are very happy to welcome Coach Perales to the St. Michaels family.
