Westlake Boys Youth Lacrosse Program Director
Westlake Boys Youth Lacrosse services youth primarily feeding into Westlake High School (Austin, TX) and is one of the largest youth lacrosse associations in Texas, fielding 20+ boys spring league teams from grades 1-8 and also fielding fall/summer travel teams. Westlake Boys Youth Lacrosse is a sub-club of the Westlake Lacrosse Association which encompasses all Westlake boys and girls lacrosse, grades 1-12. Westlake Boys Youth Lacrosse is currently seeking a program director. The director will be responsible for:
- Planning and administering spring, summer and fall teams, including web site administration and registration
- Coordinating coach hiring
- Coordinating coach training
- Overseeing player development
- Coordinating with the Westlake HS teams to provide an integrated feeder program
- Organizing youth clinics and camps
- Promoting and marketing the association, including fundraising
The part time position will include a base salary of $25,000 and include opportunities for additional pay through running camps and clinics throughout the year, sharing in merchandising / fundraising revenue and private instruction. Candidates will be considered independent of whether or not the candidates are also applicants for the Westlake HS Varsity Head Coach position.
