Georgetown High School Boys Lacrosse (Georgetown, TX - Austin) Boys' Head Coach :
Deadline: Aug 30, 2015.
Georgetown Boys High Lacrosse continually competes as a top level program as part of Texas North Division II and is now seeking a committed and experienced JV Head Coach and Assistant Coach for the 2016 season (Fall 15 thru Spring 16). This is a coaching-only position.
Qualified candidates should have prior coaching and preferably colligate level playing experience. The job responsibilities of the head coach include the following:

Serve as a positive role model while effectively motivating and developing high school players of varying levels of ability and experience.
Plan and oversee all varsity team practices and games.
Communicate, implement and enforce Georgetown Boys School Lacrosse player and student code of conduct, as well as, player contracts.
Communicate and implement injury awareness and monitor player injuries and rehabilitation, including concussion base line testing and post- concussion testing and rehabilitation.
Communicate effectively and collaborate with parents and VP/Director of Georgetown Boys High School Lacrosse regarding player and program development, player recruitment, volunteer support, player discipline, etc.
Be familiar with and comply with league rules and maintain positive working relationships with the league. Develop, plan and manage off-season playing and skills development opportunities, which may include developing or participating in camps, tournaments, leagues, or training and conditioning programs.

This is a part-time position with a competitive salary.
