LAX Full-Time Head Coach/Teacher, High School Program
Georgetown, TX
Gateway College Prep School seeks a full-time Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach/Teacher to continue to grow the lacrosse program. The coach will also be a teacher with a certificate in either Computer Science 8-12, Computer Information Systems 6-12 or 9-12, Social Science composite 8-12, Science 8-12, ELA 8-12, Math 8-12 or Spanish EC-12.
Compensation: FT teacher’s salary with TRS benefits plus coach stipend. This coach will be given an athletic period each school day to coach lacrosse.
Gateway College Preparatory School is a K – 12 public charter school with 1,200 students currently enrolled (330 in high school that will grow to 450) located on 40 acres in Georgetown, TX and just north of Round Rock. The school has its own lacrosse field. Gateway does not have a football program and is committed to field lacrosse teams from elementary through high school.
The successful candidate must have experience playing lacrosse at the college level or at the high school level for at least three years with prior coaching experience.
